]]> http://regogorecords.com/?feed=rss2&p=415 0 Studio Updates. http://regogorecords.com/?p=360 http://regogorecords.com/?p=360#comments Mon, 21 Nov 2011 20:17:36 +0000 John David http://regogorecords.com/?p=360 It seems we have been saying this a lot lately but I think we are finally near being done with all the small things that go along with finishing a build out on a studio.  We thought we had everything finalized so we began recording some guitar tracks for one of  Kevins’ song; however, we immediately noticed a loud hum coming through our monitors.  Through the process of cable swapping, rearranging and just about anything you could imagine, we came to the conclusion of a faulty grounding.  Luckily, we already had electricians at our building installing our new LED street lights so we just had them run 4 brand new circuits into our tracking room, control room and both isolation rooms.  Now we have perfect grounding and not a single unwanted noise to prevent us from recording!!

We are also contemplating some sort of shindig for our grand opening party after the new year.
